Well, no more!

Today, I've got an easy numbers refresher for you.

Last time, I did numbers 1 - 10, this time you'll get numbers 11 - 20.

Now, you need to practice some on your own.

Shake out your hand, and roll that wrist. Shake the rest of your arm out.

Okay, now you’re ready.

First round:

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

4, 6, 2, 7, 1, 3, 9, 5, 10, 8

Second round:

11, 12, 13, 14, 15

15, 14, 13, 12, 11

16, 17, 18, 19

19, 18, 17, 16

18, 19, 16, 17

Third:

15, 14, 13, 12, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15

14, 16, 13, 19, 18, 12, 15, 17, 20

Shake your arm and hand.

Make sure you are relaxing your arm, keeping your elbow and wrist loose. Don’t squeeze your fingers to do the numbers. Make sure your fingers are light and soft. You’ll thank me later if you learn this habit now.

Next round:

18, 17, 19, 16, 13, 14, 15, 12, 11, 20

20, 17, 15, 13, 11, 19, 18, 16, 14, 12

16, 14, 15, 13, 12, 11, 19, 18, 20, 17

7, 4, 13, 15, 20, 2, 1, 19, 18, 14, 12, 3, 5, 17, 16, 13

Last round:

Last step:

Shake your hand, roll your wrist, clench your hands into fists, then stretch your fingers straight. Shake your arm, roll your elbow and shoulder.

Make note of any numbers that really gave you trouble.

Next time through, video yourself doing the numbers. Then come back the next day and watch it. Do you recognize all of them? You do!?!!! Awesome. You’ve conquered numbers 1 - 20.
